A ranked list of who's renewing, and why they'd take your call.
Every month, the commercial accounts in your territory whose coverage renews in the next 90 days — scored, explained, and ready to work. Built from state filings. Two agencies per list. From $375 a month at list; founding subscribers from $250.
An expiration date tells you when. It doesn't tell you whether the account is happy, whether it's grown, or whether anything happened this year that a good producer could open with.
What each state makes public varies.
Each territory offers the same lines. Buy one, or several; add lines later if the first one works. Every list is capped at two agencies, so at most one other agency in the territory is working the same accounts.
Pricing is set per list and per territory by how many accounts you can reach in a year. See availability and pricing

Every account on your book that shows up in the state's filings is scored the same way — but as a reason to retain, not a reason to call. Book Watch shows which of your renewals in the next quarter look like they're shopping, what changed, and which ones already left and where they went.
Included for founding subscribers through the founding year; $125/month after, with any list.
Book Watch on its own, for an agency we don't yet cover with a list — ask.

Workers' compensation proof-of-coverage filings, contractor licensing boards, business registrations, county permits and inspection records — all published by the state or county, refreshed monthly. No purchased lists. Where a match couldn't be verified, the row says so, and adverse signals appear only when the underlying record is sufficiently corroborated.
The dates are in it. So is everything else: the incumbent, the score, the reasons, the changes, and the marks your team makes. An X-date list is the first column.
At most one other agency in the territory. We don't disclose who. If you'd rather be the only one, exclusivity is available on any list with an open slot; the exclusive price is on the grid.
Yes, any time. Exporting doesn't mark rows as called.
Everyone at your agency, and no one else. ClearPath sees usage counts. Export or delete your marks whenever you want.
They shouldn't — we suppress your agency's accounts at generation. If one slips through, mark it "My client" and it moves to Book Watch on the next send.
Tell us the lines you write and where. We'll tell you what's open, what's coming, and which list is the right first one.
